Gerry er en verdenskjent ekspert innenfor kundeopplevelse. Gerry har utviklet en kjent modell for å forbedre kundeopplevelsen ved å identifisere de viktigste kundeoppgavene (top tasks). Han er en svært populær foredragsholder internasjonalt, og har skrevet seks bøker om digital kundeopplevelse. Hans siste bok heter "Transform: A Rebel`s Guide for Digital Transformation".

Han hjelper store organisasjoner som Microsoft, Cisco, NetApp, Dropbox og IBM med å levere bedre kundeopplevelser. Han har også jobbet med FN og den amerikanske, britiske, nederlandske, kanadiske og norske regjeringen. I oktober står han altså på scenen i Oslo Spektrum og snakker med en innlevelse og kunnskap få kan matche han på. Selv er han en ekte rebell som får sjefene til å lytte!

Gerry has worked closely with customers worldwide, has written several textbooks on customer experience and is also a fabulous speaker and motivator.
